At MOGO.SG, operated by Leaf Parcel Pte Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.



Eligible Returns

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. You received the wrong item.
  2. The item was damaged during delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the item received
  3. Photos of the parcel packaging (if applicable)


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  1. Opened products
  2. Used products
  3. Unsealed products
  4. Change of mind purchases


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once their status has changed to “Processed” or “Shipped”.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.



Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  2. Returned items must be securely packaged.
  3. Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
