- Ensure the soft lens is in good condition and not torn.
- Left and right soft lenses have matching colors.
- Check the soft lens expiration date.


If the delivered item has issues regarding the points above, you may exchange the product subject to the following conditions:
1. The seal on the bottle / packaging has not been opened.
2. Confirmation to admin is made no later than 24 hours from the date of receiving the item.
3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
