Can I buy products if I live outside Singapore?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes around 2 days after payment is confirmed.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available approximately 24 hours after shipment via J&T Express Singapore.
How do I track my parcel?
Enter your tracking number on J&T Express SG Track.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping for all orders within Singapore.
Can I cancel my order?

We accept PayNow. Payments are automatically validated by our system.

Can I return opened skincare products?
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Only unused and sealed products are eligible.
What if a product is damaged during delivery?

We prioritize brands that are cruelty-free. Please check each product’s details for certification.
