Return & Refund Policy

At Leaf Parcel Pte Ltd, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. However, if there are issues with your order, we have outlined our return and refund policies below.

Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • If the wrong product was sent.
  • If the product is received damaged during shipping.

Please note that order cancellation is not possible once your order status shows as “Processed” or “Shipped”. We carefully pack all items with bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit, but in case of shipping damage, you are eligible for a return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Once approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing the order. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account after the returned product is received.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and photos if applicable. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us safely.

Important Notes

  • Do not return products that are opened or used unless they were damaged during shipping.
  • Ensure the product is packaged securely when returning to avoid further damage.
  • Refunds are only issued after we confirm the returned item’s condition.
